We have said we can create new NTFS partition through splitting partition, but many users do not know specific operation. Now, let me make a demonstration.
After downloading and installing the partition magic to computer, we need to launch it to open its main interface:
This is the main interface of the professional partition magic. To split NTFS partition to create new NTFS partition, we should select the partition needing to be split at first, and then click "Split Partition" to enter the following interface:
Then, drag the button between 2 partitions or input exact value to corresponding textbox below to split NTFS partition. Then, click "OK" to return to main interface:
Here, we can see changes clearly. A new partition namely partition H appears and 2 pending operations emerge in "Operations Pending" area. So, we click "Apply" button to apply the 2 pending operations to computer. Then, all work to split NTFS partition and create new NTFS partition is finished successfully.
